All orders and purchases are fulfilled by picking up your merchandise at our Legend Experience Centre, located at the address below. With Legend Free pick-up, you avoid shipping/ scheduled delivery charges and faster delivery time.

How Legend Free Pickup Works
  • During checkout, Legend Experience Centre will be highlighted as pickup location
  • We'll show you an estimated pickup date.
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for Pickup" e-mail (this is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation).
  • Bring your photo ID, and order number to the store and pick up your merchandise.

We will hold your merchandise at the store for 5 days. If you don't make it in by then, we will place the merchandise in our warehouses and will not be responsible for any damages.

If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, you may call us at 0700-MY-LEGEND (0700-69-534363) to prevent your order from being warehoused and extend your pickup time frame.

Who Can Pickup Your Order?

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must select that option during checkout. You will need to provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.

Only you or the person you've told us will pick up your order can pick up your merchandise.

Payment Policy


When you place an order, the Legend Shop authorizes your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. If you see multiple transactions on your credit card statement, the first transaction is a Credit Card Authorization only. This is a temporary hold on funds that is released back to your account within 2-4 business days. We never withdraw funds from your account until your order has shipped from our partners.

Returns and Exchanges


We will accept any wrong/ faulty / damaged merchandise items for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. The return date will be determined by the pick-up date from our Experience Centre. Please bring your receipt or packing slip, the card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.

Returns lacking proof of purchase will be denied.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed, or to issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.

Merchandise for return/exchange must be brought to our Experience Centre at the address below. We do not process exchanges/returns online, via email, or telephone. Customers must speak to an Experience Centre representative and fill out the Return/Exchange Merchandise form for order to be processed/ fulfilled.

Condition of Returned/Exchanged Merchandise

Wrong merchandise must be returned/exchanged undamaged, in original packaging, and with all paperwork (e.g.: instruction manuals etc.), parts, and accessories. Please bring your receipt or packing slip, the card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.

Defected Merchandise

We will happily replace your defective merchandise for you!

If your item appears to have been damaged in process of being shipped to our Experience Centre (e.g.: box is damaged, insufficient packing materials, etc.) OR appears to have a manufacturing defect (e.g.: missing component, missing accessories etc.), please return it to us at the below address. Customers must speak to an Experience Centre representative and fill out a Return/Exchange Merchandise form (indicating ‘Defective Merchandise' on the form) for order to be processed/ fulfilled.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  2. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible
  3. The Legend Shop retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes.
  4. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
  1. You accept that an offer is only made once you have selected the item you intend to purchase, chosen your preferred payment method, proceeded to the checkout and completed the checkout process. Acceptance of the offer is not made when Suburban contacts you by phone or by email to confirm that the order has been placed online. Your offer is only accepted when we dispatch the product to you and inform you either by email or by phone of the dispatch of your ordered product.
  2. Before your order is confirmed, you may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address,
  3. Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Legend Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.
  4. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

  1. You accept that upon cancellation of an order, a refund credit will be made on the original payment source. Please allow up to three (3) business days for the refund to reflect in your banking activity
  2. Should there be any defect on an item or if a different item was shipped to you, please contact our customer service center within twenty-four (24) hours to report the defect and for claim purposes.
  3. As soon as product is received, we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will request that you return the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and we will receive a refund within ten (10) working days form the date of submission of the request in accordance with the requested refund method.
  4. If however, the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Website; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria

  2. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party.
